Absolutely Fantastic!!!! Ahsan is absolutely amazing!! He is always professional and his entire team always takes care of me. This is the second jeep I get from Ahsan and I’m Ahsan is absolutely amazing!! He is always professional and his entire team always takes care of me. This is the second jeep I get from Ahsan and I’m so happy with it. I tell him what I want and he makes it happen. From start to finish everything was perfect. He even stayed really late for me to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend going to Ahsan and his team. He is always so efficient. More

For starters, after finalizing the pap Recently purchased a 2018 Compass, having some mileage issues. I would NEVER return to this dealership!! For starters, after finalizing the paperwork to purchase my new car, I had to wait a week for the car to arrive. Which I had no issue with, but after being made aware the car was on the lot because I called the dealership. I decided to drive to the dealership to pick up my new car, that being said Connor was not there because I had not made him aware that I would be stopping by since I didn’t think his presence was needed since it was just a few signatures required on my end to finalize the transaction. Upon arriving to the dealership to pick up my new car, another car salesman (Leon) approached me to let me know that Connor was off and that they work off commission and would need to return at a later date to purchase my car. WORST CUSTOMER service!!! I responded with letting him know that all the paperwork was completed and that I wanted to see the car since it had just arrived. He walked me to see the car and had another gentleman take me for a test drive, that being said… He made sure to tell me that I should not to ask this gentleman any questions because apparently this gentleman didn’t know anything about cars and was slow in his eyes. I was shocked that he would even say that and let alone just throw me off to another sales person that wasn’t even part of JEEP. I test drove the car and had to come back the following day to pick up my vehicle because no was able to aid me finalizing the transaction. The next day, I went to purchase the vehicle and told Connor, that he did not need to be there since I drove the car and was ready to sign the final papers with the accounting team. Connor decided to go above and beyond and come in on his day off and make sure I would have a smooth transaction. That did not happen because clearly the accounting team at Criswell, do not seem to have their affairs in order. After signing papers and leaving, I thought the headache was over. I was mistaken; the car is not getting the mileage it was advertised to get! I reached out to the dealership and was given the run around and of course was told that the car needed to be “broken in” and that they would be following up with me to make sure the mileage got better or they would get me my old car. Well that did not happen because NO ONE FOLLOWED UP!! So Ashan just tried to smooth the situation over quickly and never followed up. I was only reached out to by the dealership because I put a poor review online. No one wanted to pay attention to my concern when I tried to calling the dealership multiple times and sent multiple emails. I kept getting forwarded to the manager’s voicemail who was out on vacation!!!! After posting the poor review online, I was reached out by Ashan and asked to give the car some time and that he promised to make it right. While being asked to give the car some time, I was asked to remove my post. They had no problem to reach out to bug me to sign paperwork regarding the missing title paperwork. I drove to the dealership to sign the paperwork they needed to process at the MVA. After signing that document, I was asked to come back the following week to sign a limited power of attorney to transfer the title. They wanted me to sign a blank document because they could not be bother their accounting team to fill out the details with the correct mileage on the vehicle. I was told that the accounting team is very particular and they did not want to mess the form up so they wanted me to sign a blank form. VERY SKETCHY!! At that time they mentioned that they would be following up regarding my concern about not getting proper mileage. Julius said he would be personally following up and making sure they got my car looked at. A week later, and no one has followed up!!! They just try to tell you want you want to hear and get you out the door! All of this should have been completed upon purchasing the car. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! More

Would have been nice to have had cold drink options and snacks!!! More

Together we found the SUV for “me” and It creates an internal happiness every time I get behind the wheel now (for now at least ha)! Julian was very pleasant to work with during finalizing details. He explained everything about the vehicle thoroughly with care. I bought a JEEP! I had a great buying experience with the Criswell team. Peter accompanied me on the test drive and pointed out many of the features inside. Ahsan initially crunched the numbers and showed me an offer, he was very diplomatic in his approach and encouraged me shop around. Julius stayed in touch with me, as I ventured off to other dealerships, and made sure that the Criswell offer was the best offer in my ear. Ultimately, I ended up back at Criswell. The all around customer service I received from them, and the price, is what brought me back. More

Julius Green and Julian Hampton could not have made this process smoother. My family and I first went to Criswell on a Monday evening after work to take a look at a white Jeep Grand Cherokee that we found online. After being greeted immediately upon walking into the show room, our questions were answered, and moments later we were off for a test drive. We returned the next day to talk numbers and were able to arrive at a deal that absolutely worked for us. They were accommodating, flexible, and very customer focused. They took great care of us from start to finish, and we will definitely refer them to our family and friends. I highly recommend! More

Bad, Bad, Bad. Stay Away!!!! In October of 2017, I purchased 2 new vehicles at your dealership, totaling over 90K. This is the second time I have done this. One of the vehicles In October of 2017, I purchased 2 new vehicles at your dealership, totaling over 90K. This is the second time I have done this. One of the vehicles was a 2017 Dodge Durango. My only stipulation for options in this vehicle was a blue ray player / DVD system. Your sales manager, Ahsan Javeid, told me he could install an aftermarket system that would meet my needs. He was happy because he could sell a vehicle already on the lot instead of having to ship one in. Fast forward a bit and the installed system does NOT play blue ray as promised. I brought this to Ahsan’s attention. He did some research and found that there are NO aftermarket systems that play blue ray. Had I been told up front that there were no aftermarket options, I would simply have selected a different Durango to purchase and the sale would have continued. All the other options on the vehicle were nice, but not necessary. As a solution, Ahsan would have been happy to trade the vehicle in for me on another, but I would then have to eat almost 10 thousand in depreciation for HIS mistake. After discussing this, I was basically told “we value you as a customer because you buy lots of vehicles from us, but we aren’t going to do anything about that, because we are a business.” I told him I thought it would be nice if he would reimburse me for the cost of the unit, as he is the one that made the mistake about its capabilities. He told me he would get back with me. This was several weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. The bottom line here from my perspective is I paid over 90 thousand dollars for vehicles and I didn’t get the one option I wanted. I am now stuck with a vehicle that will never have a blue ray system, and I refuse to trade in a vehicle so soon for so large a loss when the mistake was not mine. When I tried the “online chat” to just get the name of the General Manager, they actually hung up on me. Stay away from this dealership. They do not follow through, their word is no good, and they will not fix mistakes they make. More

Poor experience Salesman was good. Finance manager was not clear. He included things on the price and told they were “giving” them to me, they were not. After purchas Salesman was good. After purchase they told my car needed an update and that would take up to 2 hours, I chose to come on the next day to drop off the car and have it updated. The salesman wasn’t at the dealership at the time we agreed, people wasn’t sure what that was about. I dropped the car at 12noon for the service and the salesman told it would take them 1,5 hours. Long story short, I was back at the dealership at 5pm and the car was not ready. The salesman acted like it wasn’t his fault and he even put it on me, saying that I should have scheduled the pickup with the service people. At no point I interacted with service people. If I had brought the car in for a service I obviously would have, but this was not the case; the car is brand new. It’s past 6pm and they are not done with my car. I was trying not to waist my time and here I am. What a bad experience. More
