Called to make an appt. and was told not busy so I made one - this was just for tire rotation. The man assigned to me told me that was wrong - lady was not even there and th and was told not busy so I made one - this was just for tire rotation. The man assigned to me told me that was wrong - lady was not even there and that it would take 90 minutes. After 2 hours they hadn't even started on my car! I was there for 3 hours!! For a 20 minute job! Never had to wait at a Toyota service anywhere near that long in decades! Asked to speak to service manager. Was told he stepped away and would call me when he gets back. He never did. My car is only 3 plus months old and will need many service calls in the future. I need to know if this is what I can expect in the future. More
