I had such an incredible experience working with Lisa at Bowditch Ford! From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Her kindness, patience, and dedication truly set her apart, she’s one of a kind! I'd like to thank Shannon, the manager, who was equally amazing throughout the process. He was attentive, supportive, and made sure everything was smooth every step of the way. I’d also like to mention Al in Service- my mom has known him for years, and his reputation as such a great service advisor is actually what brought me to Bowditch Ford in the first place. Was quoted a price to do some work, and have an issue that was previously paid for, re done as the problem has shown back up. Upon pickup, the price was way higher, and the issue from previously was not that was previously paid for, re done as the problem has shown back up. Upon pickup, the price was way higher, and the issue from previously was not taken care of. I was given a bogus excuse as to why it couldn't be completed, and given no time to bring it back. They just wanted my money for this job and not to address what I previously paid to have corrected. Will not recommend, and will be taking my work somewhere else. More

WORST TREATMENT AND EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Three and a half weeks to get my truck back with NO accountability or valid explanation why. Only for an oil change, state inspection, and a new remote battery. A brand new spare key/remote, which I was not made aware of and did not authorize. Mileage service was requested, which hadn't been completed. I was not going to take a chance of waiting three more weeks for completion. The "service" writer (lack thereof)- abrupt, unprofessional, rude, condescending, inconsiderate, and inconsistent with what service was needed and where my key and truck were. Paid $$$!!!!, which oil change and state inspection should've AT LEAST been written off. I just wanted to get out and never return! NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
