I went in for an oil change and came out with a 2800. 00 bill.Catalyptic converter was bad. However I did not even get the converter, Ford sold it back to someone. Left a bad taste. I believe I should have got a reduction for the old converter. Not a very good practice Ford. I will be sure to tell others of this practice and may not go back to ford because of this.
