Oil Change/Tire Rotation VERY quick service. Pleasant staff. They were ready for me when I got there, and I did not have to wait long for the service to be completed. Every VERY quick service. chevy malibu repair Had an 8am appointment, but didn't hear from the service center until after I called them at 1pm. Then I never got a call saying the car was ready t Had an 8am appointment, but didn't hear from the service center until after I called them at 1pm. Then I never got a call saying the car was ready till the service van arrived at my house around 4pm . So far the air condition is working, so I am happy about that. There should be better communication between service center and car owner. And if you made an 8am appointment, the car should be dealt with sometime that morning. More

Remarkable!! Berger Serive is more than a step above the rest. From the time you enter their parking lot everything is a class act.
