Bought a 2013 Honda Accord back in 2013 from Forest City Honda. They were amazing back then, by far the best dealership I've worked with. I decided to buy a 2020 CR-V from them due to the positive experienc Honda. They were amazing back then, by far the best dealership I've worked with. I decided to buy a 2020 CR-V from them due to the positive experience from back in 2013. The experience this time wasn't as positive. In 2013 Chad sold me my car. He was young, and so enthusiastic. He patiently worked with me, and it was just a fun experience. This time everyone rushed around, hardly spoke...just different. The first time everyone talked with us. There were so many awards, and they deserved all of them. I feel they have taken the personal touch away, it is just a routine for some of the staff, I felt more like a number, which was sad. They are still a good dealership, but not quite as they were. Morganton Honda reminds me so much of how Forest City once was. Forest City still has the potential to be the best Honda dealership. I saw them at their best, and they could still be that with some changes. More
