Great overall Dealership for service Wait times for service are generally long but that's expected for any service/body shop. Waiting for someone to greet you when you first pull up for s Wait times for service are generally long but that's expected for any service/body shop. Waiting for someone to greet you when you first pull up for service (even with an appointment) however, can unfortunately be long most times. I usually end up having to go find someone to initiate the process. Colin Simmons is the BEST person to go to for your service. He goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've only gotten him a few times but just witnessing how he treats the customers, opens the door for you, treats you with respect, makes eye contact, has the right tone and attitude, how he carries himself when its busy and stressful, makes you regret not getting him if you got someone else. He is the definition of a model employee, very professional and friendly to the customers. I've had a service guy (can't remember the name - kind of goes to show you how memorable the visit was) that once muttered and cussed under his breath (thinking they're being quiet when they're really not) and get frustrated right in front of me. The same service guy would grab paperwork aggressively and act as if you're not in front of him. But trust me when I tell you every single time, I've seen Colin Simmons act like a model employee should under stress and treat you with respect every time. He puts you above all else. Other than that, the rest of the team are pretty cool and friendly. I haven't had any major issues with any repairs/service and the like, thus far. Family Hyundai is a great dealership for service. Salesman was good, but Adam is awesome. He worked really hard to get us our cars at good deals. He is the only reason I gave 3 stars and why I went back. The problem started Adam is awesome. The problem started when I brought my new car in for the add-on protectant for the car finish. For two days they had my car, it was returned to me with scratches on the paint finish as well as the interior of the car. And by scratches, I mean gouges. Plus extra miles on the car, with the dashboard readout saying the car was driven aggressively (technology these days is great). And to make things worse, they never called my cellphone (as instructed to do) for pick up of my car. They called my old home phone number which was disconnected 4 years ago. They finally called my husband's cell. Excuse me, this is my car. Mine only. I am the only person on the title for a reason. He was nowhere listed to call. When I tried to complain, I was pretty much was ignored. Al, the manager of the add ons, offered me a "personal apology for my experience". Um, what? My car is damaged and all you offered was an apology? Still isn't fixed. Don't have the money to replace it seeing how I'm paying for the $34,000 car with gouges.... More
