Professional and friendly Walked into showroom and was met by a sales person. Was taken care of immediately. Excellent Service Al offered a SOLUTION to my ongoing problem. Crystal is new in the service department, but, she did everything to make sure I got in to see Al. Al wa Al offered a SOLUTION to my ongoing problem. Crystal is new in the service department, but, she did everything to make sure I got in to see Al. Al was not only patient and explained everything, he made sure I was satisfied before I left and did something I was totally not expecting. Working with the both of them made my long day end with a smile. I have been having issues with my tires on my G80 and potholes for a long time. Since I moved from the south, that was not an issue. Al allowed me to get add the service and the price was very good. I truly appreciated him and thank him for making me want to drive my car without fear. More

Customized work requested and completed by Family Hyundai I wanted some customized work done on my Santa Fe which I purchased from Family Hyundai. Specifically, I wanted to have the wheels on my vehicle chro I wanted some customized work done on my Santa Fe which I purchased from Family Hyundai. Specifically, I wanted to have the wheels on my vehicle chromed. I went in to talk to Al Pellizzeri the manager of their customer service department about my options. Al went over those options with me in detail which included purchasing new wheels and/or having the wheels on my Sana Fe chromed which was the less expensive option. I was concerned about the process and how they would look after completion vs purchasing new ones. Al assured me that the company they send the rims/wheels to is a first rate company that has done this for their dealership in the past. He explained their entire process to me as well as let me know that it takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish which includes shipping them there and back. Al let me know that their service department would remove the tires from the wheels have them shipped out and when they came back reattach them. The entire process was completed in the estimated time given me The service departments manager Mike Majchrowicz took fantastic care of my vehicle and my new wheels are AWESOME! More
