My wife was the one looking for a car and he talked to her not me about the car she wanted to drive. It was a pleasant change from some of the different car dealerships we have been at in the past which talked to me instead of her. He listened to what she was looking for in a car as well as all of her concerns about the vehicle and was able to help her find the one she wanted. He was very patient and never went into the hard sell mode. He went through all of the safety equipment and options the Santa Fe offered and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision. Chris and the rest of the sales staff were so nice and the price of the car was so fair that I purchased a Kona as well. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Family Hyundai to anyone looking for a car. More
