Terrible customer service,rude and disrespectful. Not helpful at all. He told me that I should come in 30 days after I purchase the car to get a replacement key as spare key. When I went in for it, he t helpful at all. He told me that I should come in 30 days after I purchase the car to get a replacement key as spare key. When I went in for it, he told me to wait 30 days more so 60 in total. When I asked what will happen if I accidentally lock the key in the car. He said it won’t happen because he knows it won’t happen. He said “we’re basically talking about nothing”. We have locked the key in a previous car before. He told us what we wanted to hear to buy the car and when we left he doesn’t care about us anymore. He socialize with other staff member instead of taking care of the customer. He is always on his phone talking. Terrible service and will never recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car. He even called my mom to complain to say that I was being rude. More

But I felt I took my 2019 Rav 4 in for its inspection and overall had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this Covid-19 happening. But I felt very safe. Every staff member was wearing a face mask. There was comfortable seating inside the building and it was spaced apart. They provided hand sanitizer. I dropped my car at about 11am and Was called at 12:45pm to say it was ready for pick up. There was a lot of people so I honestly thought it would of taken longer. But overall I was happy with my experience at Valley Stream Toyota! Thank you! More
