Not so great ! My son just walked in just to see the new highlander 2020 model. The salesperson "Al Toussaint" took him to basement where the car was , after he look My son just walked in just to see the new highlander 2020 model. The salesperson "Al Toussaint" took him to basement where the car was , after he looked the car the salesman said- the exit is there you may go by yourself( he felt offended because the salesman couldn't make a sale). Horrible experience. They will only respect you if you will make a purchase. I would say please try another dealer. Thanks. More
