Al Urena was comprehensive at his job...we managed to complete the sign-out process quickly & he succeeded in burying (at my request) "boiler plate" issues as best he could. [One of the paragraphs in the Audi contract looks similar to one in the contract to buy our house...who knew?] Anyway, good job...looking forward to the same customer support form your maintenance team. Question: Do I have LoJack? I think I do. So, do I have to register with LoJack (the company) as they are asking me? Side note: The Audi team is a stand-out performer when compared to other services in Florida. I've documented our relationships with Fl government agencies, public concerns, private business, restaurants, etc. Comparing the bulk of our Florida relationships with California...no offense, but Florida is lazy, incompetent & rarely follows up with anything. It's Bureaucracy 101...paperwork galore. It's a much longer story, but know Audi Coral Springs sets a high bar. Finally, check the question following this review...correct it.
