Daniel was friendly and professional throughout the sales process. Helped me set up Audi Connect and took me for a test drive and show me additional functions even though I had already purchased the car. A process. Al was also very helpful on the paperwork side of things--both the money transfer and the registration, which was out of state. More

Jesse McFarlin the salesperson during the purchase of my 2023 Audi Q7 was knowledgeable. Al Urena as always made the process smooth. The rest of my experience was appalling. I have been a loyal Audi of Cora 2023 Audi Q7 was knowledgeable. Al Urena as always made the process smooth. The rest of my experience was appalling. I have been a loyal Audi of Coral Springs customer for 12 years, with 7 car purchases and/or leases between myself and my parents. On Feb. 4, 2023, I went to Audi and purchased a 2023 Audi Q7, by the time the deal was complete it was nighttime. On Feb 8th as I was walking by my vehicle something on the rear bumper caught my eye and as I looked closer there was a paint defect on the bumper in two different spots. I immediately texted Jesse and sent him the pictures. Luckily my pictures from the day after my purchase also showed the imperfection. Feb 9th I went into Audi and Clinton Briggs, assisted me with the issue. He was very friendly and as he inspected the bumper agreed it was a paint defect. A drop off date of Feb 13th was set along with an Enterprise reservation. My vehicle was ready on Feb 14th. I went into Audi around 5pm and met with Clinton, he walked me to my vehicle that clearly had just been washed but all the panels were dry except for the rear bumper. I went directly to the damages and saw a botched repair on the area, but I am a reasonable person and agreed that I would accept the repairs in exchange for a detail voucher. The next day on Feb 15th once my rear bumper was dry, I went to inspect the bumper area and to my surprise found a scratched up bumper with multiple imperfections that were not there prior to me dropping the vehicle off for repairs and to be clear these scratches were under the clearcoat. Clearly, they sent my vehicle to a Mickey Mouse shop to appease me and did not care at all about the quality of work that was being done and on top of it all had the audacity to return my Q7 to me in that condition and attempt to mask it by leaving the bumper wet while going over the work! I immediately sent Clinton an email noting my displeasure of what my rear bumper looked like. I also called in and spoke with the BRENDAN SMITH. I explained the situation and he advised me he would review with Clinton the next morning and get back to me. On Feb 16th I received a call from BRENDAN AND CLINTON to discuss my issues. I went into this call knowing I would stay calm and just go over my options, but unfortunately BRENDAN lacks empathy and customer service skills so the call took an unexpected turn. The unprofessionalism of BRENDAN and his lack of customer service skills was appalling. BRENDAN began by going over the timeline of the issues by saying, so the first time you saw a SMALL imperfection on your bumper, we fixed it you accepted the repairs and then the next day scratches were discovered. At this point my voice escalated BRENDAN was diminishing my concerns by using the word SMALL. I just purchased a 70k vehicle and I know for certain a brand-new vehicle should have NO imperfections. BRENDANS’ poor customer service skills continued to be exhibited throughout the entire conversation. At the end of the atrocious display of customer service we came to an agreement that I would drop off my vehicle for a SECOND time on Feb 20th, and this time an Audi loaner would be waiting for me, and it would be sent to First Class. I receive a call from First Class on Feb 21st that my car was ready for pickup. The rear bumper looks a lot better but is it 100%? of course not since now we are on repair #2 on a BRAND-NEW vehicle. I never would have thought that the management of Audi would take advantage of a customer. Little did they know that I have worked in the auto industry for a Fortune 500 company for the past 12 years. Audi’s Management team clearly displays a lack of integrity, accountability and respect for their brand and me as a loyal customer. I will never purchase or lease another vehicle from Audi of Coral Springs again and will be sure to spread the word of the horrible experience I had. More
