Toyota of Scranton gives good service Very friendly people. Beautiful place with very comfy chairs while u wait. Car was fixed on time And they even washed it. Went from broken hearted and down in the dumps to uplifted. I had a 7:45 appointment to get my car inspected. At 7:45 on the nose, I was summoned thru the garage door into the service area. I went to the coun I had a 7:45 appointment to get my car inspected. At 7:45 on the nose, I was summoned thru the garage door into the service area. I went to the counter to meet with the gentleman named Alan that I had scheduled the appointment with. He asked me if I wanted a courtesy ride home, and when I said yes, he called over a guy who took my name and address, then summoned me to the van. I was at home in about 15 minutes...then 30 minutes later I was told that my car had passed inspection...all it needed were new wiper blades. He said he would send the van back to get me. When I hung up the phone I immediately put my hat, coat, shoes and scarf on and walked out the door. I saw my neighbor walking her dog, reached into my coat for a dog biscuit and the van pulled up. Talk about service!!! To Kyle the mechanic who worked on my car and Alan who was extremely proficient...KUDOS! More

I had a few minor items to be addressed and all was good. Customer service department is always professional and knowledgeable. Great service! My appointment was for 7:30 AM for my 15,000 mile check-up. (Multi-point inspections and tire rotation) I was back on the road by 8:15 everything chec My appointment was for 7:30 AM for my 15,000 mile check-up. Quick & Effecient Alan in service was fantastic and turkey stood out. I was in for a oil change and 5k maintenance and he took the time to register me and showed me to Alan in service was fantastic and turkey stood out. I had my infant child with me and he made sure to let me know the progress of my vehicle and then helped us to the car at the end of the appointment. Above and beyond I took my Rav4 into service because the tire light was on. I explained I didn't actually have an appointment but was at the dealer to help a friend b I took my Rav4 into service because the tire light was on. I explained I didn't actually have an appointment but was at the dealer to help a friend buy a car. The gentleman said he would just take care of it. About 10 minutes later, he came to me to say that they noticed the car was due for it's 15,000 mile service and they could take care of that immediately too. There you have it - detailed, focused customer service. Thank you so much! More
