Communication with anyone at Kia East was horrendous. I’ve left several messages requesting a call back to discuss my car repairs but no one has done so. Even left message for service manager Dina to no I’ve left several messages requesting a call back to discuss my car repairs but no one has done so. Even left message for service manager Dina to no avail. If the manager won’t call back, no reason for anyone else to. After 2 visits and having vehicle for 3 weeks along with several misdiagnoses, my engine light is still on. Poor service. Next step..dealership manager. Let’s see if they will respond. More

Had appointment, still waited almost 90 minutes for the tech to start on it. Overall visit took over 3 hrs (oil change/tire repair/recall item fixed).
