Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience this time around. My original appointment was cancelled at the last minute. The next available date was 2 weeks away. I brought the car at 8:30 AM and was t around. My original appointment was cancelled at the last minute. The next available date was 2 weeks away. I brought the car at 8:30 AM and was told that by 10 AM I would have news about the status of the car and when it would be ready. I didn't hear back from the agent until 4 PM only to tell me that they had not been able to determine anything yet. I think he was not telling the truth and that nothing had been done to the car. I didn't hear back from him until the next day only to tell me that there was not much they could do. I was charged 189 dollars for nothing. The engine light is still on, and the service was terrible. Also, there were unable to offer me a loaner. Very bad experience. More
