I was shocked that I never saw the sales manager that I was dealing with! The vehicle I was buying needed some work that they were not going to recon before I picked the car up. They did give me a small was dealing with! The vehicle I was buying needed some work that they were not going to recon before I picked the car up. They did give me a small discount to take care of the $2500 that needed to be done. I have been the car business for 25 years and it’s the first time that I wasn’t introduced to the sales manager!! I spent a good part of my career as a general sales manager, I expected that my manager met the client. So disappointed this didn’t happen at all. More

Corwin Ford took advantage of the pandemic and charged my company above the MSRP for the vehicle I purchased. I had purchased several trucks from them previously but that loyalty didn’t seem to matter. I di company above the MSRP for the vehicle I purchased. I did purchase the vehicle only because the sales representative had treated me fairly on previous deals and tried to get the dealership to sell to us at the listed MSRP.
