Three times in the past few months their excuse to me was always the same: someone’s on vacation; they are real busy that day; appointments are just drop off times. They need to manage the problem, not just give a formulated response why you have to wait all day. If appointments are just drop off times, they need to tell their customers about their weird appointment policy long before they show up. More
