Car was appropriately diagnosed and fixed on the same day as the scheduled appointment. However, we experienced miscommunication impacting car pick up and, per our Basney agent, received an incorrect report as the scheduled appointment. Go to a different dealership. Bought an extended warranty and the service department still hasn't fixed the problem. Had the vehicle there 4 different times for the transmission.
