Because my vehicle was 1200 miles past Honda warranty mileage, I had to pay for repairs when the right steering tie rod failed. Prior to this I had complained several times to the service department abo mileage, I had to pay for repairs when the right steering tie rod failed. Prior to this I had complained several times to the service department about a clunking noise from the front end when driving over small bumps in the road. I was told when I left the vehicle my cost would be $320.00, however when I picked it up it was $479.00. The service manager did not offer Honda warranty assistance phone number, but I did request it. Vehicle does not have the clunking noise after replacement parts were installed, so I'm happy what that. No courtesy wash either. More

I purchased my CRV new from another dealer, since delivery I've had it in this shop 2 time for a clunking noise from the front end not able to find. The right tie rod broke while my wife was driving delivery I've had it in this shop 2 time for a clunking noise from the front end not able to find. The right tie rod broke while my wife was driving and had it towed to Basney. I explained the vehicle was never in a crash and the clunking noise persisted. Because the vehicle has 37000 I had to pay with no Honda warranty available. The estimate I was told was $320.00, when I picked up the bill was $479.00. The service manager did not offer me the phone number of Honda customer assistance service, I had to ask for it to try to get reimbursed. The vehicle does not have the clunking noise now and it seems good. I'm surprised the vehicle was not given a courtesy wash. More

Don’t feel valued as a customer. Work done isn’t guaranteed. I’ve had a lot of work done on my vehicle there, and I haven’t been happy with the quality.
