In fact, he helped guide us to the best color combination we could possibly get. We already know Lexus and have put over 238,000 miles on our trade-in without a problem. Lexus IS the only car I can be comfortable in with my back injuries. The service department at Lexus IS by far the best I have ever come in contact with, from Sherry making appointments for my car to be picked up and a loaner left for me to Joel who always calls to let me know if there is a problem and advises me on how to handle it. Motorworld is far superior than any dealership we have ever been to. More

Aldo was very courteous, informative, pleasant, & easy to deal with. No pressure. My wife & I were with him for quite a while, asking questions, etc. We did not feel rushed. The car we wanted (color, options, etc) was on the lot and he offered us a fair deal. We picked the car up a few days ago & that also went well. We brought our grandchildren (a 5-year old & a 6-year old) with us to pick up the car. Aldo was very pleasant with them as well. MotorWorld should be proud to have him as an employee. This is the sixth car we bought (5 Lexuses, 1 Jeep) & our experience over the years has been great. My son is also pleased with MW. Years ago I described my experience with MW and since then he bought 2 Mercedes, a Cadillac, and a few others. I also have to mention that over the years I have been dealing with Dave Standarowski (Service Department) and he has also been a pleasure to deal with. He seems like he is always happy to address any issue I present. Again, very well pleased. More
