Aldo and Lindsey were wonderful.
The paperwork around the registration and insurance was not smooth. It took multiple days to get insurance docs over and we had to redo registration.

I didn’t want knew plates but something happened and unneeded to come back and get new plates and different registration. Plus I add to keep sending copies via email even though I have in person of Alf registration. It came across as very disorganized.

Situations involving trade registration in a different name, such as a spouse, can sometimes require additional documentation and signatures, as required by the RMV. We’re sorry, however, for the frustration you experienced with the registration and insurance process. It’s clear that the back and forth, delays in receiving insurance documents, and the need to redo paperwork and plates created unnecessary inconvenience.
