My Name is Alec. I was born in Orlando,Florida and before kindergarten started my family and I moved to Wisconsin where I have happily lived for the last 20 years! I am as they say a family man. I pride myself around family and when I am not working you could probably find me with them! I love sports but my favorite sport is basketball, FEAR THE DEER! I also love to workout and hangout with friends in my free time. I am new to the Braeger family but I always try to go above and beyond with my work so even though I may be new to the car business I have always been such an easy, and caring person to talk to. Finally took delivery of my 2022 Bronco on 7/15. Lake Ford was excellent! This was a very long process from reservation, to order, to all kinds of production delays that plagued the rollout of thi Lake Ford was excellent! None of this was the dealers fault, and far out of their control, however Lake Ford, and my salesman Alec VanHecker, were honest, communicative, and helpful. They not only honored agreed pricing, but gave me the rebate Ford offered for customers frustrated by delays, and a few really nice gifts that were totally unexpected. I'm 100% happy with my purchase experience! More

Friendly staff, although a bit disappointed on how the “negotiation” on the vehicle went. The salesman wouldn’t budge, which I can understand, but no attempt was made to offer anything. Matt and Alec were very helpful with my Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. Alec spent a great deal of time introducing me to the car and all the new features of a hybrid. Matt quickly found a proper charging unit in Hybrid. Alec spent a great deal of time introducing me to the car and all the new features of a hybrid. Matt quickly found a proper charging unit after discovering the first one wasn't operational. There were a lot of challenges in getting my car from Ford due to supply chain problems but Ford and Matt kept me apprised of the progress. I understand that my plug in hybrid may be one of the first for Lake Ford and so there was a learning element for all of us. Thanks to Lake Ford, I LOVE my Escape and have had more fun driving it than any other car I have owned. (I'm 64!) More
