I had a great experience with Lake Ford and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The entire team was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely worked hard to make sure I ended up in the happier with how everything turned out. The entire team was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely worked hard to make sure I ended up in the right vehicle. There were a few things we had to work through during the process, but what impressed me most was how seriously they took my concerns and how committed they were to making everything right. They worked with me on the numbers, answered all of my questions, and ultimately helped get me into a 2026 Ford Explorer Platinum that had everything I was looking for. I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. I felt like they actually cared about making sure I was happy with the vehicle and comfortable with the deal. That kind of customer service goes a long way, especially with a purchase this big. I absolutely love the Explorer, and I really appreciate everyone at Lake Ford who helped make it happen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one! We will absolutely be back! I'll never buy a Ford from anywhere else! A very special shout out to Malakai and Alec for going above and beyond to make this happen! More

I had leased a 2026 Ford Maverick recently with my sister. Nathan, Malakai, and the Lake Ford team were beyond helpful in getting us a fair price for a trade and a phenomenal monthly payment. We were sister. Nathan, Malakai, and the Lake Ford team were beyond helpful in getting us a fair price for a trade and a phenomenal monthly payment. We were able to upgrade from a 2018 to a 2026 and our payment went down! I will always be working with Lake Ford with how respectable and trustworthy they are. More

Came in for service due to screw in tire. Found out it was the same tire that already had been patched twice. AWD vehicle meant I needed to buy 2 new tires. Not the bill I was expecting. BUT. Found out it was the same tire that already had been patched twice. AWD vehicle meant I needed to buy 2 new tires. Not the bill I was expecting. BUT...decided to see if I could trade my lease in early for lower payments and more miles. Alec, Malakai, and John ended up coming through as I was pulling out of the lot with number to get a deal done on the spot! Been using this dealership for leases for 15 years now and they've always been able to get me in to something nice with numbers in my budget. Would recommend giving them a look if you're looking for a new vehicle. Will update to 5 stars if they can throw in all weather floor mats...they got the floor mats More
