This particular dealership, Naples location, is wonderful!! They are extremely kind and professional from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment your service is complete. In fact, wonderful!! They are extremely kind and professional from the moment you call to make an appointment to the moment your service is complete. In fact, I drive an hour just to go there! I can't say enough good things about them. I am beyond satisfied every time I go there!! My car is given back to me exactly the way I drop it off and they take care of the details...resetting the screen for next service, etc., for example. They give quality service and that is hard to come by these days and I greatly appreciate it every time!! More

Excellent service, Alejandra Quintana was very helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars is because it’s been a year and you have to wait on a trailer, They haven’t finished with the remodeling. I bought my car (brand new)at this dealership and they charge high prices for services and add fees to your total. Then charge a fee to use a credit or debit card. They put a coupon in your car after your charge high prices for services and add fees to your total. Then charge a fee to use a credit or debit card. They put a coupon in your car after your service for your next service. I forgot my coupon at home and they wouldn't let me use the new coupon in its place. The last time I had my car serviced there the person helping me used the coupon from the car before he even asked me for the one I had. Also, they had us sit in a noisy, crowded trailer while we waited. If you wanted coffee or to use a bathroom you had to go to different trailers. You would think they could have honored a coupon since they were already inconvenience us already. The extra charge for credit card use is ridiculous when you are already charging high rates. More
