My car ran out of gas on the test drive which was a negative experience. Also, they should be more forthcoming. I was a particular customer and knew what I wanted. I don’t like my time to be wasted and I spent a lot of unnecessary time. I told my sales rep what I wanted and he showed me cars without telling me the price. Also he tried to convince me that certain things were possible (such as putting in a sunroof on a car). He didn’t get specific until I said so could easily go somewhere else. Also, in the negotiation process he was not sure on what was included in my lease such as length of the lease, gap coverage, or even and exactly monthly payment. Those are pivotal factors that steer the car buying process. The positive notes of the dealership is that they did work to improve the negative areas. I do feel like Alex went above and beyond to solve issues. More

I call to make a simple oil change appointment and it takes 90 minutes to 2 hours for just an oil change. To me this is unacceptable. If I was just a drive in I would understand. Then I hear that it takes so long cause the mechanics are busy with other vehicles. Why do you not have people dedicated to just rolling out oil changes. Please understand that the people are great, kind and not rude. But I live 45 minutes and it takes up a good chunk of the day just to get an oil change. Below it is making me pick people I dealt with, I am just picking random people cause I have no idea who I was dealing with. The people were polite and awesome. More
