Arrived at service center. No one greeted or acknowledged me. Had to ask rep if I was in the right area. Eventually they took in my car. Was told I’d receive a call once service was done. Waited 4-5 hours came back and asked if vehicle was ready, again was ignored. Rep said that the car had been finished awhile ago but I was never notified. Absolute one star service, felt very uncomfortable and always just trying to speak to anyone. Wasted time waiting when I could have been told my car was ready at least one hour before. I hope to never have to deal with this dealership ever again. Have better service for the people who have purchased vehicles and not just the ones who are looking to buy. More
