I thought the dealership was fair and Dwayne was upfront about fees. I did have a few problems though, first my truck got scratched before taking delivery and the manager said I only get the 36 month warra about fees. I did have a few problems though, first my truck got scratched before taking delivery and the manager said I only get the 36 month warrantee. In addition he forced us to complete our purchase before taking delivery, paint needed repair even thought we had put 1000.00 down. Needless to say, I liked Dwyane but disliked the manager. Another thing was discouraging, it took me almost 3 weeks to get my Chevy points. Dywane did give me a half a tank of deisel, but it took two calls to My Chevy amd close to three weeks to finally get my points added to my account. Not too happy about this. More

Jeremy was awesome, fast, and answered all my questions. The big red bow on the car really made my day. It would have been super awesome if the car was out front when I got there. For a brand-new car, I would have liked the detailing to be cleaner, and the kid that walked through onstar with me was totally sweet but forgot to give me the 2nd key, no big deal because he was so nice too. Overall great experience. More

I purchased a used hellcat. Ultimately secured a deal but there were issues in my contract that I had to catch and follow up about. Initially, instead of the dealership looking into it they informed me they couldn’t resolve it and to contact another party. It was an error on the dealership and I had to be refunded but I’m still paying interest on that mistake. The sales agent Alejandro was great and I would recommend his services to anyone. Truly and outstanding person to work with. More

Service manager wants me to pay half for a repair they have done when I bought the car.
