Had issue with programming garage door opener. Contacted Daniel, my salesperson on Friday, 10-29. Left voicemail and several texts, he said he'd call shortly and never did. Sent me a YouTube link, xxxx customer service, zero follow-up, and basically doesn't care about customers. I regret buying from Audi Des Moines. More

I am from out of state and found a car online that I had to have. They made sure that I got that car. Paperwork was mailed to me and they held the car for me until the next weekend when I could fly in to pi to have. They made sure that I got that car.
