When I got around to leasing the new 2020 S4 I learned that Brad was no longer with Audi of Des Moines and I was disappointed. When I inquired about the S4 I heard from Brent Caswell and had an equally impressive experience with him. These two salesmen that I was fortunate enough to work with are the kind that go above and beyond on the regular. These guys along with Aleksandr Yanouskiy were and are a huge asset to your company. They are what it takes in todays market to get and retain loyal customers. I see no reason to go anywhere else for a vehicle. A very sincere thank you to all of you at Audi of Des Moines. More

First, I go to test drive a car and when I go in to make an offer, I'm told that car was already sold. It's the only one on their lot, so why have me drive all the way in to test drive a car that's already sold? We get the mess sorted out and George was able to find me a comparable car in the Chicago area, awesome! George informs me he's going to go get the car himself but that he's going to have to waste his Friday to do so. I feel bad I had to waste Georges day to go pick up my $70,000 vehicle he sold me :(. More
