We didn't need a seven passenger any longer as the kids are growing and were delighted with the passport! it is by far the best SUV value out there! The deal was made fast and easy, I love that it didn’t take all day. They even held it while we went on vacation! We came home to a perfectly clean and detailed vehicle, it was almost better than the vacation! Thanks colonial! More

Andrew was prompt, clear, and specific with all info. We drove from Rhode Island and met Alex Alves at the door with our car right out front. Alex was delightful and prepared with all documents. He was easy to talk into and attentive. Alex was very good at instructing us on the new features of our 2019 Honda (a lot had changed in 23 years.) His colleagues worked efficiently and carefully at detailing our new car and making sure that we didn’t leave anything behind in our old car. Alex stayed past closing time to see us off and while we were meeting with Manuel Ramos to do paperwork (Manuel is efficient and well organized) Alex took extra effort to clean our license plates and put them in a new bracket. We recommend Colonial Honda and the people above mentioned without reservations. More

There were some issues with the registration, as it was an out of state registration, and Alex and Miguel worked diligently to move the process along as quickly as possible. Great Sales Team, Good Prices ! So this was the 2nd dealership I had visited in one day. The previous dealership had left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. My vehicle was not ready for a test drive and there were no sales people available for me, even though I made an appt. the day before. Colonial was the complete opposite. I called and spoke to Andrew, Internet Sales, and told him I would like to come down for a visit. Even though I only gave him about 30 minutes to prepare for me, he set me up immediately with my salesman, Alex. The vehicle I wanted to look at was pulled up front within the first 5 minutes of arriving. The test drive went great with Alex being very knowledgeable about the Honda Odyssey and Honda in general. He was not in the least bit pushy about anything and I actually asked him to look at 3 different vehicles so that I could see the colors and interiors and not just in a pamphlet. He had no problem bringing the vehicles to the dealership from another satellite lot down the street. I ended up getting a good price on the new vehicle as well as a fair price on my trade-in. The negotiation was very easy and effortless. Alex has contacted me at least 4 times since my purchase to see if I had any questions and to just see how things are going with the new vehicle.
