I've bought three cars from Downtown Toyota and have always had them serviced. I made a reservation this time, but after waiting for about 10 minutes, Alex Anaya suddenly showed up and said I had to emp always had them serviced. I made a reservation this time, but after waiting for about 10 minutes, Alex Anaya suddenly showed up and said I had to empty the back of the truck before he could service me. He then looked at the car and said the back of the truck was too heavy, so he couldn't do it. I've been doing this ever since and they told me to empty the back of the truck, but how many people actually do that? I'll never go back and I'll never buy a car from Downtown Toyota again. More

I was asking questions about my vehicle and Mr. Anaya wouldn’t look at me. He was just staring at his computer and I was asking questions. It really pissed me off so I denied the service because of Anaya wouldn’t look at me. He was just staring at his computer and I was asking questions. It really pissed me off so I denied the service because of the fact that I had questions and felt ignored. Considering it’s a dealership I would feel like it would be more professional. I did not get that feeling at all and was willing to pay the amount. If you get Alex Anaya he’s unprofessional and ignores ya please be aware. More
