Good people to work with We've now bought 2 trucks from Tim's Truck Capital. The first one we LOVED but unfortunately it didnt even last 3 years. The DEF system (manufacturing We've now bought 2 trucks from Tim's Truck Capital. The first one we LOVED but unfortunately it didnt even last 3 years. The DEF system (manufacturing issue) was BAD. We brought it in to Tim's SEVERAL times to have parts replaced to see if the problem could be fixed or not. Every time they were great to talk things through with and worled with us on our next steps we could take. As registration time was coming and the check engine light would make it fail we were forced to trade it in. We got another truck from Tim's truck capital and it seems great so far. 5 days having it I unfortunately experienced the shut down security feature when you try to start the truck with the wrong key and was stuck in a parking lot for 3 hours. BUT, Tim's truck capital was there phone wise and was always nice. Unfortunately the tow truck was 3 hours away leaving me stranded. Luckily my husband was able to come jump start it and it seems to be working fine. The people are fantastic, the trucks are good. Alex has always been fantastic and handles any situation that may arise with us with such care and understanding. More

When I found the car I liked I was given the option to take the car overnight which surprised me but also gave me confidance in the car I was looking at. When it came time to buy the car everything was wash and they were helpful and up front about all the costs.
