This review is somewhat difficult in the regard that everyone with whom we had an interaction were very polite and willing to help both my wife and I with any questions or concerns that we had. Mr. Koc everyone with whom we had an interaction were very polite and willing to help both my wife and I with any questions or concerns that we had. Mr. Koch spent a significant amount of time explaining how to use many of the controls in the Crosstrek she recently purchased. Mr. Capolupo was a master of patience as I repeatedly delayed or slowed the purchase process. Similarly, Mr. Koch did not roll his eyes or display annoyance when I explained that I had not transferred sufficient funds into my checking account to complete the purchase process. Because I was reluctant to use an unfamiliar computer to access my bank, I said that I would need to go home to complete the transaction., to which Mr. Koch stated that he and S&L Subaru could work with that. I cannot begin to express my high regard for the S&L Dealership and the outstanding personnel working thereon. In some way, upon rereading the comments above, I have this feeling that I have not justice to the gracious and professional manner of the S&L staff and the relatively quick process of purchasing two new Crosstreks. My wife and I have total faith in Alex. He cares about his customers, and we have now purchased two cars from him.
