This wss my first time at this dealership and I was impressed. The lot was packed. The building was clean. I just came to see what some of the cars looked like up close. Alex came outside to help me. I impressed. The lot was packed. The building was clean. I just came to see what some of the cars looked like up close. Alex came outside to help me. I let him know my situation and he walked me through all my options, was very well versed in the specifications of the vehicles I was looking at, and worked diligently with me to find the perfect fit. I wish the banks were nicer to my wallet, but such is the times. I would recommend anyone I can to W&L Subaru and to Alex. More

Service was terrific from beginning to end. In fact, as I was leaving the building following a 48K mile check, I casually asked a gentleman at the service desk if I could find information in th In fact, as I was leaving the building following a 48K mile check, I casually asked a gentleman at the service desk if I could find information in the Subaru book about increasing the volume on phone calls processed through my car radio ... or would I need to go online? He instantly offered to jump in my car and show me how to do it. It literally took a minute (would have taken me much longer on my own). So thoughtful! Thank you! More

We stopped at the front desk and were greeted nicely. Then we meet Alex (sales person) and after a short introduction he took the time to sit down and find out our needs were and what we thought we were Then we meet Alex (sales person) and after a short introduction he took the time to sit down and find out our needs were and what we thought we were looking for in a new car. After looking at lots of cars (he was wonderfully patient) we found one we liked. The pricing and process was not stressful. We had to return home to get some missing documents that we forgot and Alex set up an appointment for our return. We arrived and he was waiting and ready to complete our deal, it was awesome! We love our car and can't wait to use the service department facilities. Ample parking and clean building 5Stars. More
