You give everybody in the dealer ship 1 star when you never met 95 percent of the people not right what you did when peoples jobs are on the line. Never once asking to talk to the General Manager, all because a washer nozzle did not spray water correctly. Hard to believe. Sincerely Joe Bellizia G.M.

Sorry that your 2016 Leaf was giving you problems, and that it needed the battery pack replaced. I know it is a costly repair but being over 9 years old, Your warranty on the battery has expired, Nissan would not extend any goodwill. You mentioned me Joe Bellizia in your comments, but i have never met you or talked to you. If you would like to talk to me about the matter then please call.
