Locked my keys in my trunk on an Army base. I called the 800 Mercedes roadside number, who then hooked me up with Terrance. Terrance set everything up with getting my car towed to the dealership. Then, Alex helped and hooked me up with his lead service tech, Scott, who got the car unlocked and trunk opened. Scott and I talked for a few minutes about some things to be aware of with my new (to me) purchase, and really was extremely personable and professional. This was all done at 5:10 at the very end of their work day. I really appreciate the professionalism from every staff member who assisted me with this headache. This isn’t my first Mercedes, but it is the first Mercedes I have owned that is new enough to justify taking it to a dealership for service. These guys definitely earned my business and loyalty as a customer. The tow truck driver they contracted to get my vehicle was also top notch and provided great service and interaction. MB of Annapolis really has excelled with providing amazing customer service. I will be back to get routine maintenance done on my car for sure. I have been looking at picking up some AMG style wheels, as well as a few minor modifications. If I can’t do the work myself, I will be coming back here for that as well. More

On my way to work this morning, the one thing I didn't need to happen actually happened. I ended up with a flat tire with air pressure going to zero in a matter of minutes. I have run-flats which helped me to get the dealership before the situation got worse. I walked in and talked to receptionist Angela Hayes who could sense the frustration in my face and voice. She was amazing and very helpful, calling over to service first to see if they had my tire and then to see if they could fit me in as I was still trying to get to work. She made the needed calls and let me know I was in the wrong place but assured my safety with my tires and even advised me to pull around back to get air put in just in case. I forget the young man's name back there but he also said even without air I could get to the service center. Ms. Hayes was so gracious in her assistance and went above and beyond the usual customer service. After arriving at the service center and asking to speak with Alex Clothier, he let me know I was at the right place and was waiting for me. He also could see I was frustrated and did all he could do to make things better - WHICH HE DID! He fit me into a tight schedule and ensured my car would be taken care of. I had anticipated picking it up tomorrow because the tire had to be ordered. However, I received notice that my car was already for pickup and I could come back and get it. Alex was in constant communication with updates and was beyond helpful. His stellar customer service along with Angela Hayes represents that brand that is Mercedes! A-class service for all the Class cars. LOL I appreciate their help and would come back to Annapolis anytime after this experience which made my almost bad day way better! I scheduled my GLB 20,000 mile service right after working an all night graveyard shift and my service advisor Alex did his best to help me out like he always does.
