When it comes to the service advisors there is poor communication really poor and lack of ownership in regards to getting back to the customer in a timely manner. I've been asking for a few months now what type of tires I can put on my Jeep and I have yet to this date got an response so I guess I'm just going to have to go to a tire shop and buy tires from them it's kind of sad that a Jeep dealer cannot give you accurate information on a Jeep.
