Not only did John and Justin work quickly and diligently they lived up to all of their promises and commitments! John was the first Sales Person to be aggressive on my old leased car, and met my requested price on his day off! On top of all that, John was more than happy to bring the car to my house, he cleaned the car thoroughly after exiting and while practicing social distancing walked me through all of the paperwork and was respectful and accommodating. After driving 2.5 hours from my home to examine the car I was interested in, Alex (sales) gave the most thorough explanation/demonstration of a civic coupe’s features that I had thus far (even after visiting several other Honda dealers). He was patient and able to answer every question I posed instantly with accuracy. Alex (finance) helped to make the buying process itself work as smoothly as possible, even when my own bank unexpectedly was uncooperative - Alex had backup plan after backup plan to ensure I left in the vehicle of my dreams. She customized the buying process to my precise financial situation, explained the process flawlessly, and thoroughly extracted every bit of savings possible. The thing I dislike about buying a car is the stress of negotiating etc. this was my first experience with Mohawk Honda and it was truly a great experience. Turning our lease into ownership Working with Mohawk Honda, specifically Cameron McKenna is all you need to do when you're looking for a car. We needed to trade in our 2010 Volvo XC90 Working with Mohawk Honda, specifically Cameron McKenna is all you need to do when you're looking for a car. We needed to trade in our 2010 Volvo XC90 2 years ago and went with a lease on a 2018 Pilot bc the deal was too good to walk away from. Fast forward 2 years, loving my pilot, just made sense to buy out the lease (so I stopped stressing about miles) and it was an easy (albeit long afternoon) process to do so. Got an amazing deal, fits our budget, and Cam was again a delight to work with as well as his colleague Alex who was with me when Cam was with other clients and Mike Speranza was a dream to work with on the financing end. I'll be back in 6 years when I need a new car! :) More

They did whatever it took I was in the last year of my 2017 Honda RTL-E Ridgeline and was approached about them buying my truck and seeing what they could do to get me into in I was in the last year of my 2017 Honda RTL-E Ridgeline and was approached about them buying my truck and seeing what they could do to get me into in a new lease. I love the Ridgeline and I can't say enough about this vehicle. The Ridgelines are very popular and I was looking to get into a 2019 (which they gave me a great offer) but there were very limited quantities in the RTL-E version. So when they weren't able to obtain one for me, the 2020 Ridgelines had just come out a week later and they gave me even a better offer on s 2020. I can't thank all the Mohawk Honda staff that I dealt with, big shout out to MJ Nicholas for going above and beyond to get me this truck. They did whatever they needed to get me into a new truck and a new lease with a fantastic deal. Will be coming back to Mohawk Honda for any vehicle purchases. More
