The dealerships service managers are very cordial and keep you apprised of the status of your vehicle. However, as usual, I have an issue with the service technicians. I had the 35k miles service perform keep you apprised of the status of your vehicle. However, as usual, I have an issue with the service technicians. I had the 35k miles service performed. One item of that service is check and top off fluids. Both this service and my 30k mile service, again, did not top off the fluids. My washer fluid was empty when I returned home. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, you pay pay for dealer prep. On my way home the tire pressure warning light came on. I checked the tires and all 4 were under inflated. In addition, when I opened the hood the windshield cowling was full of leafs. What I am discovering is these technicians are in a hurry to get as many cars through as possible and do not take the time to ensure all details are addressed. When I pay for service I expect to receive what I pay for. Also, if everything is not performed I then must take time away from my family to have the missed service performed. More

Unreliable & poor service - they don't keep any records I'm a handicapped person who has a Toyota Sienna van. I religiously took it to Koons Toyota Tysons for service. There was one Alex Hernand records I'm a handicapped person who has a Toyota Sienna van. I religiously took it to Koons Toyota Tysons for service. There was one Alex Hernandez who used to coordinate but I can't even contact him anymore. I even bought their service plan for 3 years. Everytime I went they would delay and I will have to wait for hours in my wheelchair. They will do unnecessary service (example 24000 mile service when the van had only 17000 miles etc) because I don't drive the vehicle often and it has/had only low mileage. I haven't driven the van much during this Covid time, and so I was curious what service was done when and what my service history showed. So I call them to ask. The guy who took the call (after the usual wait :( was arrogant and kept telling me that no major service done except for oil change. When I told him my experience of bringing the van multiple times, he said he is going to put me on hold. He came back on the line after 4 minutes and 8 asked him to transfer me to the manager and he said that's not necessary and disconnected me. This is deplorable. Looks like they don't keep records of the service done though they were happy to take money from a disabled guy. This is not the place to take your car for reliable & competent service. I hope someone investigates them. More

Car issues are always resolved at the same day vehicle is brought to garage. You are informed about the problems. Waiting time is somewhat acceptable. Service is good. Staff are nice. I bought 2019 used Toyota for a top notch price at Tyson Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. The truck has the lock box installed on center sole and they did not have the proper lock box code. Koon. Their service was horrible from day one. Also, the moon roof did operate properly and I had to bring the truck to their service center for warranty repair. they removed the sun roof head liner and installed it back uneven on one side. I expressed the concern to my assigned service person whom name is Brian. He blamed it on others and not caused by them. It did not make any sense since they had to remove the head liner in order to fix the moon roof motor. But they denied the fact and did not do anything for me. I brought the truck to another Toyota service department and they said " the un-evenness of the head liner was definitely caused by the moon roof repair tech.
