Great experience! I had an excellent experience at Manly Honda. I set an appointment with their sales staff and requested to see two specific vehicles. When I arrived I had an excellent experience at Manly Honda. I set an appointment with their sales staff and requested to see two specific vehicles. When I arrived the representative I was scheduled to see was busy, but I was provided with another representative and he immediately presented the vehicles I was interested in, allowed me test drives, provided much information and I found the vehicle I wanted. The salesman then began the process, getting my own car assessed for trade value and started my purchasing process. The process flowed very well and fairly quickly, taking maybe 3 hours overall, which in the current pandemic I felt was awesome. Then I was turned over to the finance specialist and he was spectacular, Joshua Fineberg. He was quick, informative and didn't waste my time, doing what he needed to do, but with courtesy, consideration and professionalism. He was the best finance person I have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. My overall experience was great! Which was consistent with my expectations, as I bought a car ten years prior at Manly. I was treated well then too. I highly recommend this dealership! More

David Sambad was a technical expert, walked us through the paperwork and helped us make some decisions re: how best to finance the vehicle and to get it paid off ASAP. He found us a better rate thatn we had through our credit union. 2nd time we bought a car here. fair prices, great customer service, and we plan to come back the next time we need a vehicle. . More
