This is the worst experience of trading in and buy a new car. This are the guys who have been late to pay off my previous car that I have traded in for a new car. From sales to financial person named Frank car. This are the guys who have been late to pay off my previous car that I have traded in for a new car. From sales to financial person named Frank they all lied us and they never returned calls. Because of them and payoff amount were late and reported to as a late payment on my end. Got all paperwork done and before we took brand new car discovered two dents on front and rear driver side doors. Also they washed brand new car and swirls were all over the car like 3 years old car. Been trading and buying new cars Las 20 years every few years and never had this bad experience like two weeks ago and now still going back and forth with them to see why they did payoff amount on the contract when we signed documents. Stay away from this dealer as this is huge group of scams, froud people from sales to the financial department. Stay stay away, trust me you will be happy that you did. On the top of this when we transferred plates to new car system was down and they couldn't provide registration card at the time of purchase. They (Frank) financial person in the office told us they were going to mail card first thing in the morning, guess what. More then two weeks from signing paperwork we haven't received registration card. Also they will screw you on trade and final amount. They lied us that we must change oils only at their dealership, which is not true as you can use that service and extended warranty at any dodge and Chrysler dealership. We called corporate office and they confirmed this. So they are biggest scams and save yourself headaches, avoid this dealership within 50 miles radius. Even Joon Choi sales manager lied to us when we made deal that would give us a free oil changes. Lied us and screwed up all. From all of these Nick is lost guy and very unprofessional approach, even he is not returning calls when he said he would do it. Be smart and stay away from this dealership. More
