They stand by their vehicles I had been having a reoccurring issue with my Jeep Cherokee. Specifically, a creaking noise that initially would start sounding occasionally upon alte I had been having a reoccurring issue with my Jeep Cherokee. Specifically, a creaking noise that initially would start sounding occasionally upon altered terrain and then slowly turned into an annoyance as the sound became more noticeable, frequent, and louder with time. While it did take a number of times to finally pinpoint the issue, Sherman Dodge was great about getting me in and getting me out with another vehicle so I could return to my schedule. I appreciated the follow up, the customer service, and attention to my specific issue. While it can be a drive to return to Sherman Dodge, I make the journey because I can trust they will take care of my vehicle. Alex, Kurt, and Nikko each provide great service and make you appreciate purchasing a vehicle there. More

Asked for 25k mile full service I knew I needed rear wiper blade replaced. Service dept didn’t notice that so I question the quality of safety check which I would think is routine. This leads me to question inspection of all fluids(no mention of inspection in service report/invoice). I don’t have much confidence in the thoroughness of the “major” servicing milestone. More

Good cars, rude staff I drove three hours from Champaign for a Jeep Wrangler being that this dealer had the best prices in a 200 mile radius. The cars were great but the staff came off as very cocky and rude. Especially, the assistant manager. Likewise, it took well over 7 hours to get the vehicle I wanted. Especially when I told them I had a doctors appointment to attend. However, they did not care. The only reason I’m writing this stupid review is because the manager asked me too. He literally walked up to me, grabbed my hand, and begged me for a positive review. But..again, sorry buddy. Your cars are good, but your staff sucks. More

Unethical sales tactics, horrible customer service Salesman told me two less expensive models that I wanted were no longer available (I called a few days later to confirm and was told they WERE availab Salesman told me two less expensive models that I wanted were no longer available (I called a few days later to confirm and was told they WERE available). I was then charged $1100 for a "used car inspection fee" (I went online and found out this fee typically ranges from $100-$200). Salesman told me tires on the car were new (they were original tires with 42,000 miles on them). Finance guy slipped in a $3300 "maintenance contract" while we were signing all the paperwork. I found it a few days later while going over the contracts to try to recover the excess "used car inspection fee". When I called to complain about these two fees I was directed back to the new finance guy (the one I dealt with a few days earlier was no longer with the company. I suspect I was not the first person he did this to but they did not admit to it, nor offer an apology for the obviously unethical tactic). They removed the maintenance contract but did not refund any of the excess "inspection fee" saying they charge all customers this same $1100 fee. When I called to speak to the general manager about the shady sales practices, both calls went unreturned. When I drove off the lot with the vehicle, there was less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. I assumed they would have filled the car up. More
