I started with Mark Miller Subaru in April of 2013 as a lot attendant. I moved into sales in July 2014 with a desire to help people find the right car to fit their lifestyle. My passion for cars stems from spending Saturdays as a young boy at the dealership my dad worked for and helping run errands or find keys. I find great joy in helping people, and this job fuels both my passions of helping people and working with cars. I am married with two young boys, and a girl, a Great Dane and Miniature Bernadoodle. We love spending time together whether it be an international trip or a hike up Millcreek Canyon.

For 30 years I have hated every car buying I did my entire purchase online with Alex. Mark Miller is close to perfecting this new way to do business. For 30 years I have hated every car buying experience until now. Complete transparency. Full disclosure on costs. I actually had fun and now look forward to my next purchase with them. They even gave me more for my trade in than they originally promised. I have driven Nissans for many years but the dealership hassle was more than I could take. The beat car buying experience we’ve ever had! Alex Kuhn was the best salesman we’ve dealt with to date!! He made it possible for us to look at an outback forester and crosstrek side by side so we could see in person the pros and cons of each! I came to look around and explained my situation, and they took their time going through every car that they had in my small budget range. They even went through the vehicles that looked good but may have had any future issues and were very candid and helpful. In the end I found the perfect car for my needs because of Alex. I would highly recommend coming here for your car needs. More

Alex was awesome! I was ready to purchase either a Nissan Rogue, Subaru Forester, or Subaru Crosstrek. I arrived at the dealership, Alex showed me a number of vehicles, I was ready to purchase either a Nissan Rogue, Subaru Forester, or Subaru Crosstrek. I arrived at the dealership, Alex showed me a number of vehicles, we test drove a few, and I made my decision. I was NOT happy with the fact that they refused to negotiate, since I had the KBB and Edmunds dealer retail amounts, which were somewhat lower than their asking price...which they refused to negotiate. Anyway, bought the car, since I had other issues I was dealing with and needed to buy a car that day. Paid for the car via wire transfer from my brokerage account, which involved a lot of security verification (since I was accessing my account from the dealership) - Alex was extremely patient, and helped me deal with the frustration I was going through with the eTrade wire transfer process. I was there for about 2 hours, and Alex stayed with me the entire time, showing me funny pictures on his phone to ease my stress, introducing me to someone on the Concierge team who would help me pick up my car, and even offered to check the wire transfer status on his day off. I include all these details just to show what a great culture they have there at Mark Miller Subaru Midtown. The next day (Alex's day off), I received confirmation of the wire, called the sales manager, and they were able to clean up my new car and have it ready for me an hour later. I have bought from Mark Miller Subaru Midtown in the past, and keep going back because of their awesome culture, atmosphere, and service. Love my Nissan Rogue - thank you all for the great treatment! :) More
