This deal was done in an hour, where it would take 4 times that long at most other dealerships. Alex took more time with us after the purchase showing us the features of the car, than we took making the deal and signing the paperwork. Mark Miller also provides free vehicle service (oil changes, etc) and car washes for two years after the sale. Further, when you drive into their service department the premises are incredibly clean and the service is prompt and courteous. What more could a person want? I recommend Mark Miller to anyone that mentions my Subaru or suggests they might be interested in owning one. More

I put in a request for information on a car via KSL and received a call back within minutes from Shane Killpack. When I was able to check out the car, Alex Kuhn greeted me with a smile. Alex was able to get my Trade-in appraised while I was out test driving the Honda. When I got back, he sat down and respectfully answered each of my silly questions. We continued to communicate by email and he was even kind enough to answer my questions on his day off. When Saturday came, Alex had everything set in motion for the close of sale.
