Cliff is amazing. Me and my husband will likely only work with him when buying from here. He was really nice, straightforward about everything, just great. The rental manager? I think, came in a few hours into buying and I couldn't even focus on much of what he was saying because he kept messing with his mask. It was falling down, because it doesn't fit hi. and at one point he wanted to pull down his mask to talk to us. I was like "No? You can't spew your spit at us from two feet away during a pandemic." The financial guy who actually did all the paperwork with was SO pushy. We said no to the warranty like 5 times and he kept pushing. Like to the point that I'm like....did we just buy a crappy car? If he's so certain we need like freaking 3 grand worth of warranties, like is this car garbage? I'm sure its fine, but he should really realize how it sounds when hes basically telling us the electronics COULD FAIL AT ANY TIME AND YOUD BE 4 GRAND IN THE HOLE...like if thats the case, I'll go to Hesser and buy another Scion. If it wasn't for Cliff being so nice and trustworthy, I think we would have left. The interest rates, even for certified used, arent fantastic. Still 4.99% even with good credit. More

I was very impressed with the support they offered while I was also dealing with struggles of getting around on crutches. They were very friendly and everyone treated me like family. I felt little to no stress in my car buying process which was a first for me out of the 5 times I've gone through this process. Tyler was very helpful and professional as well as Devon in finance. Tyler was also training a new sales person and they were pleasant to work with as well. Overall excellent experience. I will be back for future vehicle purchases for my family and children. More
