He answered all of my questions. Michael, the general sales manager, helped during negotiations and was also very kind. He offered me an extra oil change when I had to wait longer than expected to pick up the car (they had found an issue with the air compressor during their last test drive before I came, and had it fixed right away). The only part that made me skeptical at first about 495 was my initial email correspondence with Rygen, who was very slow and blunt in their responses. I’m glad I just ended up calling and speaking with Michael instead before coming in. More

I had a reasonable number in mind that I wanted to spend and they were able to give me that price with the features and add-ons I wanted. They did not try to up-sell or add additional fees. I will say that my initial experience over the phone with Rygan Santos was not as pleasant. He was not willing to give me simple information such as whether they had the certain parts in stock or what an estimated monthly payment would be without an argument about why it was too difficult to provide that information. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but shouting "Are you coming in or not!" and acting like the customer owes you something for doing your job is not how to make a sale. Luckily Mike and Alex made up for it with their professionalism. More
