I scheduled my appointment well in advance, work that needed was documented in previous appt. when I dropped off vehicle I was told they didn’t have the part and it wouldn’t be in till the next day, then needed was documented in previous appt. when I dropped off vehicle I was told they didn’t have the part and it wouldn’t be in till the next day, then I had to wait almost an hour for them to get me a loaner veh. (I was late to work) after picking up vehicle that next night when I set alarm I could hear doors lock but no beep. Had to return the next day bc the alarm valet was put on and not turned off. I’ve noticed since service dept has moved and a lot of people that were there before are now gone nothing runs smoothly anymore. I put everything on the service agent who assists me bc he is the only one who I come in contact with. FYI there was another guy moving vehicles to be picked up without a mask. More
