My boyfriend and I went to look for a vehicle two weeks ago. While Walter was great, he was injured and we could no longer work with him after being approved for a vehicle. It is now two weeks later, have ago. While Walter was great, he was injured and we could no longer work with him after being approved for a vehicle. It is now two weeks later, have signed two contracts and we still do not have the vehicle. I have called to speak to various sales managers, and with each phone call - no one is available. I have left messages to get a call back and I have yet to receive a call back. Friday, we went to sign a revised contract, and one sales manager (who I had called twice and no call back or response) was just sitting there on his phone. We just want to take home the vehicle we purchased. Unfortunately, the customer service experience we have had are not favorable and in the future we will be thinking twice before purchasing another vehicle. More
