Alex was great. Friendly and informative. Was able to answer any questions I had. Dealership was also great. I had to bring my toddler and they had plenty of snacks Friendly and informative. Everyone was pleasant and helpful with getting me checked in up through checkout. Service was quick and I was kept in the loop with text messages and he even came to see me in the waiting area.to see if I ha in up through checkout. At checkout he explained everything to me rather than just giving me the paperwork. I sure appreciated all his customer service. I had purchased my Subaru in NW Florida and had recently moved to the area to live with family but they still treated me with first class service. Thank-you! More

I made appointment for oil change and tire rotation everything was fine at check in,Alex kept informing me about the work but when the car was finished I realized that the mechanic did not do the tire everything was fine at check in,Alex kept informing me about the work but when the car was finished I realized that the mechanic did not do the tire rotation as per Subaru for my car that I requested. Alex was out to lunch when I brought it back in so Paul assisted me I had to wait approximately 1.5 hours for them to redo the rotation and it still was not done as per the manual. I had marked my tires prior to coming in so I knew where each tire was. More
